Glowdrift — Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the Glowdrift mobile game ("Glowdrift", "the app") published by Trelven LLC ("we", "us"). It reflects how Glowdrift actually works today.

1. The short version

Glowdrift is an offline game. We do not collect, store, or share any personal data. There are no accounts, no sign-up, no ads, and no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs. Your gameplay data (progress, settings, scores) stays on your device.

2. Data we collect

None. Glowdrift does not transmit personal information to us or to third parties. In App Store privacy terms, Glowdrift is "Data Not Collected."

3. On-device data

Game progress, preferences, and statistics are stored locally on your device (and, if you enable it, in your private iCloud via Apple — we never see it). Deleting the app removes local data.

4. In-app purchases

The app offers optional in-app purchases sold through Apple. Apple processes all payment and account information under Apple's privacy policy — we do not receive your payment details. We may receive anonymous, aggregate sales metrics from Apple that do not identify you.

5. Game Center (optional)

If you enable Apple Game Center, leaderboards/achievements are handled by Apple under Apple's terms. Glowdrift works fully offline without Game Center.

6. Children

Glowdrift does not collect personal data from anyone, including children.

7. Third parties

Glowdrift contains no third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs. The only "third party" involved is Apple, solely for optional purchases and Game Center.

8. Security

Because no data leaves your device (except Apple-handled purchases/Game Center), there is no personal data on our servers to breach.

9. Changes

If a future version of Glowdrift collects data, we will update this Policy and the App Store privacy label before that version ships.
