Common questions
- Buying in-app items: open Glowdrift → tap the in-game store. Purchases are processed by
Apple under the App Store Terms — Glowdrift never sees your payment details. Every purchase is a one-time transaction; there are no auto-renewing subscriptions.
- Restore a purchase: open Glowdrift → Settings → Restore Purchases. (Consumable items
are used in-game and can't be restored once consumed; non-consumable unlocks remain tied to your Apple Account and will restore.)
- Refunds: all purchases are final except as required by law or Apple's policy. Refund
requests go through Apple — visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
- My progress disappeared: progress is stored on-device. Enable iCloud Drive in Settings
to keep progress in sync across your devices; reinstalling without iCloud will reset progress.
- Privacy: Glowdrift is offline and collects no personal data — see the Privacy Policy.
