Glowdrift — Terms of Use (End User License Agreement)

Effective date: 2026-06-16 · Last updated: 2026-06-16

These Terms of Use apply to the Glowdrift game ("the App"), published by Trelven LLC. They consist of (a) the Glowdrift Rider below and (b) the Trelven Base Terms of Use incorporated at the end.

App Rider — Glowdrift

Glowdrift is an offline, single-player game with no accounts, no auto-renewing subscriptions, and no collected personal data. It uses an in-game currency called Motes, which can be earned by playing or bought in optional consumable in-app purchases, and spent to unlock worlds, orbs, game modes, and in-run powers. Nothing in this Rider modifies the Base Terms.

Trelven Base Terms of Use

Trelven Apps — Base Terms of Use (End User License Agreement)

Effective date: 2026-06-09 · Last updated: 2026-06-26

These Base Terms apply to every Trelven LLC ("Trelven", "we") iOS application. Each app publishes its own Terms page that incorporates these Base Terms and adds an app-specific Rider (e.g. subscription / in-app purchase details).

By downloading or using a Trelven app you agree to these Base Terms together with that app's Rider. The app is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Apple Standard EULA", apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula). Where these Terms and the Apple Standard EULA conflict, the stricter user-protective term applies.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, per the App Store Terms and the Apple Standard EULA.

2. Acceptable use

Don't reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the app except as the law allows; don't use it unlawfully or to infringe others' rights.

3. Intellectual property

Each Trelven app and all its content are owned by Trelven LLC and protected by law. No rights are granted except the license above.

4. Disclaimers

The app is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.

5. Health & safety

A very small percentage of people may experience seizures or blackouts triggered by flashing lights or patterns, even with no prior history of epilepsy. Some Trelven apps contain flashing visuals, bright effects, or fast motion. If you or anyone in your family has had seizures or epilepsy, consult a doctor before playing. Stop using the app immediately and consult a doctor if you experience dizziness, altered vision, disorientation, eye or muscle twitches, loss of awareness, or nausea. Play in a well-lit room, sit a good distance from the screen, take a 10–15 minute break every hour, and stop if you feel any discomfort. Don't use the app while your attention is needed elsewhere.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trelven is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app / subscription in the 12 months before the claim.

7. In-app purchases

If a Trelven app offers optional in-app purchases — consumable items (used in-app), or non-consumable unlocks, or (where the app's Rider says so) auto-renewing subscriptions — all transactions are processed by Apple under the App Store Terms and the Apple Standard EULA. Apple handles payment, refunds, and restoration. Consumable items are used in-app and cannot be restored once consumed; non-consumable unlocks remain with your Apple Account and can be restored via Restore Purchases. All purchases are final except as required by law or Apple's refund policy (reportaproblem.apple.com). Auto-renewing subscriptions, if any, are disclosed in that app's Rider with the specific terms required by Apple's App Store Review Guideline 3.1.2.

8. Termination

This license ends automatically if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time.

9. Apple

Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them. Support and warranty obligations (if any) are Trelven's, not Apple's.

10. Governing law

Governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
